It is up for pre-orders from today until October 19 and will be available for purchase in Midnight Jazz, Moonlight Sonata and Sunset Melody colors from October 20 through vivo’s online store, Flipkart and leading retail outlets.
The vivo V20 is built around a 6.44″ AMOLED screen of FullHD+ resolution, that has a notch up top and a fingerprint reader underneath for biometric authentication. Under the hood, the V20 has a Snapdragon 720G SoC, and it runs Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 out of the box.
The vivo V20 comes with a total of four cameras – a 44MP shooter with Eye Autofocus and 4K video recording on the front, and a triple camera setup on the back comprising a 64MP primary, 2MP monochrome and 8MP ultrawide units. The last one also allows you to capture macro shots of objects from as close as 2.5cm.
Completing the package is a 4,000 mAh battery that draws power through a USB-C port at up to 33W.
In addition to announcing the V20 for the Indian market, vivo also announced the V20 SE but didn’t reveal its pricing and availability details.
